Change Billing Plans

You can change your billing plan at any time. To learn more about the different plans available, please see our pricing page. When you're ready to make a change, here's what to do:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of your screen
  2. Find the section titled Billing Plan and click Change
  3. Choose a plan from the list
  4. If prompted, choose a payment method
  5. Click the Purchase or Change Plan button

Notes:

  • If you are switching from the Pay Per Email Plan to the Unlimited Plan, your email credit balance is retained. If you ever switch back to the Pay Per Email Plan, you will be able to use the saved credits.
  • If you purchased your Unlimited Plan using the App Store, then any changes to the plan must be done via the App Store.
