Some Direct Mail features require connecting to other apps and services you use. For example:
- Importing photos from your Instagram account
- Importing contacts from a Google Spreadsheet
- Sending email via your corporate Exchange account
When you use those features, you are prompted to link those external accounts to Direct Mail. The secret information (e.g. access tokens or passwords) that is used to link the apps together is always saved securely in your macOS Keychain or in our cloud vault.
You can view and edit linked accounts in the Settings window:
- Choose Direct Mail > Settings from the menu bar at the top of your screen
- Click the Accounts tab at the top of the window
The list of linked accounts appears on the left. To remove a linked account, select it and click - in the bottom-left corner of the window.
