Updating your billing information

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

If your billing information changes (e.g. credit card number or expiration date), you can update your account:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Scroll down to the Billing Plan section and click Change
  3. Click Update Payment Information (towards the bottom of the section)

If you do not see the “Update Payment Information” link, it means either that we do not have any saved billing information for your account, or that your current billing plan is not a recurring payment plan (i.e. you are on the Pay Per Email plan).

If you are using the Pay Per Email plan, you can update your billing information the next time you purchase email credits. This is done by selecting the “Different credit card” option at checkout.
