Monitoring access to your Direct Mail account

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

You can see all recent sign-in activity (date, time, location, device) on your Direct Mail account. Here's how:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar
  2. If you are not signed in, click the Sign In button
  3. After signing in, scroll down to the Account Activity section and click Show.

A list of all the sessions signed in to your account will be displayed. Each session shows the date, time, IP address, and approximate location of the most recent access. Recent API access to your account will also be displayed. If you see any activity that you don't recognize, click the "X" button next to the session to end it.

If you see API access that you don't recognize, use the API Access section of your account control panel to revoke the API key in question.
