Resetting your Direct Mail account password

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

You can reset your Direct Mail account password:

  1. Open Direct Mail
  2. Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar.
  3. Click the Sign In button. If you are already signed in, you'll need to click Sign Out first.
  4. Click the "Forgot?" button.

A link to reset your password will be emailed to you (using the email address listed on your account). Once you receive the email, click the link in the email to reset your password and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you do not receive the reset email, please contact our support team.
