Removing the Direct Mail logo from your email footer

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

By default, Direct Mail adds a "powered by Direct Mail" logo to the bottom of each email. If you have a paid account (i.e. you have purchased one of our Unlimited, Pay Per Email, or SMTP plans), you can turn off this footer. Here's how:

  1. Choose Direct Mail > Settings (or Direct Mail > Preferences) from the menu bar.
  2. Click Messages
  3. Uncheck "Include the Direct Mail logo in my email footers"

Changes to this setting do not affect email campaigns that have already been sent.
