This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.
If you can't find your project listed in the "Open from Cloud" window, here are some things to check:
- Make sure that you are connected to the Internet
- Make sure that you are signed in to your Direct Mail account. In the "Open from Cloud" window, click Sign In.
- If you are trying to open a project that has been shared with you by someone else, make sure that the owner used the correct email address when sharing the project. The email address they use should be the same email address that you use to sign in to your Direct Mail account.
By default, Direct Mail projects are saved on your Mac's hard drive (and not the cloud). If you have tried the steps above and still cannot locate your Direct Mail project, then most likely your project was never moved to the cloud in the first place. You can locate it on your Mac's hard drive by opening Direct Mail and choosing Help > Search for Projects from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
