Enabling notifications on iOS

This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.

If you want to receive notifications when your campaigns are sent, or if you want to use Direct Mail's "View on iPhone/iPad" feature, you will need to make sure that your iOS notification settings allow Stamps to present notifications.

The first time you sign in to Stamps, you will be asked if you want to allow notifications. If you allow notifications, then there is nothing further you need to do.

If you clicked "Don't Allow", but would now like to allow notifications, here's how to turn them on:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Scroll down and tap on "Stamps"
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Slide "Allow Notifications" to "ON"
  5. Enable the “Banners” alert style
