This help article is for an old version of Direct Mail.
Enabling SMTP Access allows you to send email through your own mail server. Be aware that your mail server administrator may limit the volume of email you're allowed to send.
In order to enable SMTP Access, you must already have a Direct Mail account. If you haven't already created a Direct Mail account, please follow these instructions and sign up for the SMTP plan.
If you already have a Direct Mail account, here's how to enable SMTP Access:
- Choose Direct Mail > Direct Mail Account from the menu bar.
- Click the “Enable" button in the "SMTP Access" section.
- Following the steps to purchase and enable SMTP Access.
After you've enabled SMTP access, you'll want to enter your mail server settings into Direct Mail.
